The advantage is that the grease is easy to keep in the INA bearing, is not easy to leak, easy to maintain, can prevent the intrusion of moisture, dust and other harmful impurities, the grease strength is high, can be used for a long period of time, do not replace. However, when the rotational speed is high, the friction loss is large, and the thrust angular contact ball bearing temperature is increased. Grease is suitable for use at normal speed and temperature. When choosing grease, consider the following aspects:
1. The rotation speed of the bearing is determined by the rotation speed. The higher the rotation speed, the grease with the higher penetration degree should be selected.
2. The load of the imported bearing is in accordance with the load of the bearing. The larger the load, the less the grease with the smaller penetration. For INA bearings that are subjected to heavy loads, add grease with increased oil film and pressure resistance.
3. The working temperature of the bearing is selected according to the normal working temperature of the bearing, which is lower than the dropping point temperature of the grease by 10^-20`C. For working greases, the bearing working clearance should be below the drop point of 20-30'C.
4. The surrounding environment of the bearing is selected according to the degree of soiling and the like.
According to the above aspects, when the imported bearings are located in places where refueling is difficult to reach, and the external working environment is not good, and the number of revolutions does not exceed 4-5 m/s, grease is generally used for lubrication.
The lubrication of the bearing is basically the same as that of other dynamic thrust angular contact ball bearings, but the working conditions of the bearing are relatively bad. The effective performance of the working function depends largely on the lubrication of the bearing.
The lubrication methods used for bearings are mainly grease lubrication and oil lubrication.

Pressure oil lubrication is the most effective way to lubricate bearings at normal speeds.
Injection lubrication is to lubricate the lubricant to the inside of the bearing through a nozzle mounted on the INA bearing side at a certain pressure. It is generally used in high-speed bearings, or where the pressure supply lubrication cannot meet the cooling requirements.
Spray lubrication is to spray dry compressed air containing oil mist into the thrust angular contact ball bearing for lubrication. The use of less oil, because of the action of air, the cooling effect is very strong, mainly used for high rolling speed and high rolling precision. Large bearings, or bearings that are not often removed in the INA bearing housing.
Pressure oil lubrication and fuel injection lubrication need to install inlet and outlet pipes, lubrication pumps, oil reservoirs, and sometimes oil coolers. Therefore, the degree of use is high, and the bearings are generally used less.
